Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for desktop applications and phone systems. Help with the roll out of new technologies across the company, such as phones, networks and systems. Provide support for all applications and servers, including service desk support. Manage hardware, software and MFP inventory. Integrate enterprise applications with cloud services to ensure seamless delivery of data to all users. Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the websites, applications and other web-based initiatives. Assist in the IT needs of the local office in which you’re assigned. Manage and work tickets via ITSM ticketing system Monitor and respond quickly to incoming phone requests that relate to IT issues. Maintain computer systems and act as support for system degradation/outages Responsible for end user PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment(monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc). Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users. Assisting in maintaining inventory of all equipment, software, and license users Phone system support – User setup, phone installation, voicemail setup

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in computer administration and troubleshooting in a corporate environment. Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile. Experience with Office365 administration. Experience with end user phone system support. Experience with Active Directory. Experience supporting multiple locations. Knowledge of basic network connectivity with the desktop and local area network
