IT Technician Intern

Key Responsibilities 

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. 

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise staff, including C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, etc.). 

Track and manage IT equipment and inventory. 

Support the implementation of the Freshdesk ticketing system. 

Develop and deploy Microsoft Intune configuration profiles. 

Document technical processes and create user guides. 

Participate in IT projects and collaborate across departments. 

Perform other duties as assigned. 

Skills & Qualifications 

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. 

Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Detail-oriented with a passion for technology. 

Travel Requirements 

Up to 10% travel may be required.
