Work on BAU incidents related to incidents/requests daily Monitor and raise alert as per escalation matrix in case of any major issue identified. Must be able to work independently using standard practices and procedures Support and co-ordination with the end user via Email/Chat Participate in special projects such as DR event and application upgrades
