Workflow and data load monitoring Incident management identification and investigation, troubleshooting, escalation and resolution. Be able to analyze and resolve issues related to different applications in scope. Analytics applications and generate operational reports Perform daily Operational tasks. Status Reporting Coordinate between Caterpillar and Offshore Support teams.
