Production support lead required to work with client team with hands on experience on Genesys, Java and IVR technologies. Person should have proper experience in handling clients and should have excellent communication skills. Knowledge in Genesys and IVR technology is must. Job involves working on support tickets and coordinate with offshore team as required.
