Detailed Job Description:

Candidate is expected to reach out to customers based on the incident log in remedy and follow standard operation Procedure documents to provide L 1.5 support and incident resolution in a support cluster.  They may also be expected to dial into Major incident bridges to represent the team and coordinate with L2 and L3 teams to bring issues to a logical resolution

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Application support Coordinating with multiple stakeholders between clients and Infosys teams both at onsite and offshore
