Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of application development experience with C, Java involving Oracle Database Must have at least 2 years of software development experience with exposure to Telecom applications used in Network Plan and Build Provisioning functions of OSSBSS.Networking, OSS, Java,Spring, J2EE
