Management and support of the Oracle Security Suite and its future replacement technologies. Management and support of SAML service provider and identity provider integrations. Management of identity and access governance for internal staff identities which includes workflow management and user identity maintenance using oracle identity manager and oracle internet directory services. Management of fine grain authorization services using Oracle entitlement services to provide authorization governance to website resources. Provide limited consultative services to project teams with respect to application security implementations. Application support to ensure CAPs applications are highly available and assist in implementation, testing and troubleshooting of CAPs applications. Performance, monitoring and capacity planning that includes monitoring faults, uptime, system performance and system resource usage, provide management reporting on throughput, performance, and capacity planning metrics on a periodic basis. Make proactive recommendations when security system throughput, performance or capacity thresholds are being reached, so that potential problems can be averted and there is sufficient time to react and take appropriate action before a problem situation arises. Project support activities that includes SAML integration work, OES resource and policy changes, SSO configurations for specific context patterns, configure custom security integrations to internal and/or external applications, provide assistance with troubleshooting security related issues, attend project meetings as needed to ensure the project team s needs are met and provide assistance with configuration and troubleshooting during the project production implementation. Create or modify new integrations with ADFS Troubleshooting issues related to applications integrated with ADFS and Updating certificates (service/encryption/signing/etc) Monitoring ADFS services The application security product components include the technologies and activities like: Security administration by providing second level helpdesk support for security provisioning and user issues, implement and manage authentication and authorization policies, maintain group membership, and create and maintain process documentation. System administration by maintaining all installed security components, product releases, patches, and maintenance to be installed ad per release schedule. Daily operational support includes: Day to day security system management and troubleshooting Respond to security system messages and alerts and support CAP security team to take corrective action as required to meet all SLAs. Provide system code migrations across environments as required. Provide application deployment services across environments as required in collaboration with CAP. Provide system refresh services for security components as required. Track, log, and investigate security violations and take corrective action as necessary. Create and maintain applications integrated on OneLogin for SSO. Create and maintain Oracle Entitlement Server policies Day to day operations and assistance with service desk
