Detailed Job Descripotion:

Production support lead is required to work with client team with hands on experience on Genesys and IVR technologies. Person should have proper experience in handling clients and should have excellent communication skills. Knowledge in Genesys and IVR technology is must. Job involves working on support tickets and coordinate with offshore (India) team as required. The location is Salt Lake City and the person will be required to work from there. The position is at a client location so they should be excellent in verbal and written communication.• Production support lead is required to work with client team with hands on experience on Genesys and IVR technologies.
