Having 4 years of experience in Mainframe Operations. Extensive working knowledge of Maintenance and Production Support of Mainframe applications. Worked extensively on CA-7, CA-ESP (Mainframes and Open systems), Batch and Consoles Operations. Interested in exploring new Technologies. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills. Experience in production support /maintenance kind of projects is a plus but not mandatory. Service now knowledge and ticketing tool knowledge. Ready to work in flexible US shifts (both Day and night) Good understanding of Banking industry concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ready to work in flexible US shifts both Day and night
