Key Skills Required:

Should have hands-on experience in working on L1/L2/L3 Application and Infrastructure Management Support project  Linux/Unix (CentOS) sever management as System Administrator. Previous working knowledge in any OpenExchange email server platform (Dovecot preferred). Should have worked on OS patch upgrade (Unix/Linux), Security Certificate installation.


Preferred:

Cassandra database knowledge. Good understanding of Storage and backup concepts with knowledge on Scality is desirable. Application performance setup, monitoring & assessment using tools like Splunk, AppDyanamics, Icinga, OP5. Knowledge on DevOps tools like Ansible & GitHub. Experience of working on ticketing tools like Service Now/Remedy Sound knowledge of ITIL Incident, Release, Change and Problem Management processes. Intermediate level knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting. Conduct Operations assessments to ensure CPU, memory, file systems, directories, users, groups, Third Party Software, kernel, and settings to ensure quality delivery. Implement occasional infrastructure Emergency Fixes (“EFs”) into production as defined through the EF process. Lead any infrastructure major upgrades or improvements (major Third Party Software upgrade, Dovecot OX etc.). Risk analysis, planning and coordination of installation of patches, upgrades and other maintenances Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work well under pressure. Analytical ability to triage issues within given SLAs/KPIs. Good communication skills and client interfacing skills. Experience of working on and coordination with difference teams for root cause analysis. Experience of working on Open Source Exchange server platforms. Mentoring other team members as appropriate.
