Skillsets:

Good understanding of Network engineering and Desktop Engineering Capable of debugging application performance issues for the end users (Financial Analysts supporting their clients from the branch office) Understanding of IT security protocols, Windows Administration and Database Administration Experience in cloud migrations is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support users working in branches by addressing/remediating service disruption, performance degradations within a short timeframe Provide solutions for service improvements optimizations Develop, govern and manage solutions to drive branch reliability and performance efforts Manage key initiatives that are relevant for branch operations clients for service improvements
