Detailed Job Description:

Required to perform all basic Desktop Support duties such as hardware break fix, software installs, software debugging. Responsible for remote and local hardware and software installs. Required knowledge to deploy via BigFix andor SCCM 20121 Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Console operation experience including creation of mailboxes and distribution lists. Perform network configuration and reconfiguration of Cisco Routers, Switches and Access Points. Experience in routers, switches, firewalls
