MAC Imaging using DEP Access troubleshooting Application/Software Installation JAMF application support OS Upgradation as per established standards Loaner device management Network connectivity issues Outlook mail configuration and troubleshooting Working with Desktop engineering and ITAM teams Updating SNOW records as appropriate Incident and Request ticket support Working with remote SD team for escalated issues Providing remote support for escalated issues End point compliance support Strong communication and customer handling skills. Open to work in 24X7 rotational shifts Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
