Job Description:

Good understanding of Cable domain and in-depth knowledge of Broadband and voice modules Good knowledge on provisioning Modems, configuration of Routers, Fiber capable Gateway devices Provisioning Data and voice services on modems and configuring / managing Wi-Fi from Self-care portals Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and impact analysis Test scenario preparation based on user stories, participate in user story grooming sessions and test case reviews Participate in troubleshooting sessions with the environment and development teams
