Detailed Job Description:

The Engineer is challenged with a high level of responsibility for engineering, research, development, and maintenance of Data, Voice, and Video network infrastructure. This position is second level support for the entire enterprise communications network. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Field Service support and engineering for the network running thousands of corporate network devices including PC's, phones, routers, switches, servers, UPS's, etc. Support and engineering for over 180 physical networks.

6+ years of general network experience including various network protocols. 4+ years of Cisco Routing, Switching experience Need to visit the branches and support (Hand and Feet support), have the experience in handling NW cabling, Setting up Conf room trouble shooting issue, root causing the issue and resolving them. Configuring the VOIP phones

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Certifications Needed: Yes

Good hands on technical experience the above areas. 6 years of general network experience including various network protocols. 5 years of Cisco networking experience including routing, switching, voice, and video.
