Experience in Supply Chain domain, Jira/Confluence & qTest, experience as Scrum Master/Product Owner. Analyze the Business Requirements for projects & Solutionize the use cases in functional capacity. Analysis of the existing applications and gradually own the application(modules) as a SME Understand the existing integrations of current set up/applications Experience with translating business use cases to techno - functional solutions, user interface design (wireframes) and understands database structures Work on business to define logic for any real time and back-office integrations Work closely with the technical lead to make them understand the business needs and objectives for a given problem statement. Facilitate collaboration, coordination with development team and business Assisting with Test case and Script creation, facilitate UAT and test Acceptance creation, Manual Testing planned during sprints. Contribute to the rest of the team and help share knowledge. Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Good organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFE methodologies Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
