Conduct Sprint planning Allocate the development stories to the developers on the GUS wall for each sprint. Ensure requirements are captured within the stories and scope has to be defined clearly. Attend the Scrum calls and business requirement calls of all the projects involved in. Help and coordinate team in arranging the calls with other stake holders to get business requirements for their current stories in case of any dependencies. Distribute the work equally so that none of the developers should be overloaded in the sprint. Retrospective call planning at the end of the sprint. Should have Strong Architectural knowledge on MuleSoft. Should have good foundational aspect in Agile Methodology. Should have a good knowledge on Finance, Revenue and data space.
