Detailed Job Description:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 10+ years of experience with Information Technology Minimum of 4 years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements, converting them to Architecture and Design specifications. Minimum of 4 years of experience with implementations of STIBO Systems STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform and expert knowledge of STIBO STEP implementation - including STEP Configuration; STEP Workflows and Business Rules, STEPXML, WebUI, DAM and Integration Endpoints. Proven business acumen in design and implementation of STEP product domain. Good knowledge of MDM ingestion/ publish mechanism( Real Time, Batch) Experience in the areas of MDM Strategy, Architecture, Design, Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities. Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data. STIBO implementation/support team experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to communicate across teams, internal and external at all levels. Experience in working in Agile teams, and working independently with Business stakeholders providing solutions and regular updates Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment with strong written and oral communication skills and Analytical skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
