Requires Good communication and client interfacing skill Control M application support and maintenance. Should have hands on experience in developing scripts in PL/Sql and Linux. Should be able to work on the Control - m enhancement work. Should have working experience in development of control m job / scheduling monitoring and troubleshooting Manage the Control m related tickets and their triage. Ensure the tickets are closed on time as per SLA’s Monthly and weekly reporting Closely work with client team and work on the future road maps and process improvements. Should be available on on-call support on demand. Should be flexible to work timings.
