Detailed Job Description:
10+ years of relevant experience in performance testing and engineering. Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of PE processes. Leads innovation in tool evaluation, integration and adoption. Evaluates new technology stacks against current tool set, implementing appropriate changes as necessary. Coordinate and lead discussions with IT and Business SMEs to understand end-to-end business processes across the application under test and its edge system (connected) interfaces. Gather information and obtain a thorough understanding of application-to-application interface transactions, identify potential areas of performance risk between systems, and propose performance testing strategies to test and mitigate those risks Proficient/Experience of performance testing in clouds based applications and identify performance bottlenecks Proficient in designing scripts & executing tests using tools like LoadRunner, Apache JMeter etc. Work on monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace to capture various performance metrics such as Response times, Throughput, Hits per second, CPU, Garbage Collection, Memory utilization and Memory leaks of the applications under test. Performance testing experience in Agile based SDLC Analyze the production peak usage volumes/production usage projections to derive and agree on Business Volume Metrics (BVMs) for the identified use cases with stakeholders. Schedule, coordinate and manage successful completion of the performance testing for all changes/releases. Derive workload model, design, execute and maintain performance testing artifacts such as the test plan, test scripts, scenarios and test results that validate the system performance. Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to identify the dependencies and work towards its resolution. Evaluate system performance under load and stress. Analyze and document the test results and observations. Work with project teams to analyze root cause and find resolutions for the identified performance bottlenecks.Does this position require Visa independent candidates only? No
