1. At least 7+ year's previous experience as Admin or QA Testing Lead in a complex environment on the Salesforce Platform. Salesforce Advanced Administrator would be a definite advantage
2. At last 3 years of experience in Sales Force deployment in Production involving Data Migration At least 3 years of experience on and supporting salesforce.com applications, preferably based on Service Cloud
3. Working experience in Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, Reports and

Detailed Job Description:-
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation.
