Install and configure Citrix XenAppConfigure and publish hosted and stream applications in XenApp and AppSenseManage access control for published application through XenAppCitrix Components install/upgrade/migrate - StoreFront, Director, License server, Delivery Controller, StudioPost-upgrade - Update master images, update machine catalogs, update delivery groups, etc.Work with application owners to troubleshoot issuesConfigure printers in Citrix environmentManage user profiles via AppSenseMonitor alerts from Citrix related services and take appropriate actionMonitor system and services availabilityGood knowledge on Citrix Netscalar and storefront configurationCitrix License management Good knowledge in configuring of Citrix policiesAbility to handle and prioritize workloads and work effectively in a time critical environmentExecute and maintain Standard operating procedures for Citrix  servicesDesired Skills /Certifications:
ITI Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA)ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.Analytical skills Communicate efficiently and liaise actively at all levels with your customers/colleaguesExperience in a Global delivery environment.
