L2 and L3 Application Support for Corp System Applications. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 5 years of experience with IBM iSeries AS/400, RPGLE, CLLE, Cobol, DB2/SQL, Editors, Build and Deploy tools etc. Experience in Finance and HR Packages such as Lawson At least 3 years of experience with Unix At least 2 years of experience with Crystal Reports At least 4 years of experience with handling production support projects Experience in Retail Industry is a plus Ability to translate business stories into technical design and document work in technical stories Desire to learn newer technologies Technical and Problem Solving Skills Ability to work in Team environment and client interfacing skills. Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast - paced environment. Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks, and is willing to experiment and try anything to find solutions. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
