Expert Knowledge in Testing Genesys Architecture for Voice & Multimedia. Proficient with Hammer & Selenium automation testing tools. Prior experience in testing most of the below Genesys components: Speech-enabled, self-service Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system Sophisticated multi-channel level routing Enhanced real-time and historical reporting Chat and email functionality Callback and outbound functionality Genesys Interaction Recording (“GIR”) Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (“WDE”)
