Experienced on various B2B Sterling Products like Sterling Integrator, Sterling File Gateway and Control Center. Good knowledge on SI application Performance/Health/configuration Good Understanding on transmissions protocols (HTTPS,sFTP,AS2,FTPS, VAN & CD etc.) Preparing and working on weekly reports Drive client calls and provide solutions Understanding a customer environment and their applications Train the team as and when required
