Detailed Job Description:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of Hyperion Planning and Essbase experience in performing Hyperion software administration with at least one year in a lead capacity. Expertise in installation, configuration and patching of Oracle EPM System 1 4 including Shared Services, BI+ Products (Workspace, Financial Reporting and Web Analysis), Hyperion planning, Essbase, Windows platform in a distributed environment Must have Experience of in Oracle WebLogic as they pertain to Oracle Hyperion EPM installation and administration EPM Servers monitoring using various monitoring tools and health check automation using shell and batch scripts Leads, mentors and assists software developers/engineers with technical Hyperion issues. Functional understanding of financial, accounting and allocations concepts and relevance in managing financial or operational performance Expertise in Essbase cube analysis, design and maintenance, Essbase database administration, upgrades, performance tuning and optimization. Working knowledge on Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process and functions. Advanced knowledge of Hyperion Essbase (ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Rules, MDX, MAXL) Advanced knowledge of Smart view and Financial Reporting Studio
