Detailed Job Description:

Total 10+ years of Business Analyst experience preferably supporting driver-based planning and analytics. Strong understanding of FP&A processes, especially Budgeting and Forecasting Complete business requirements for all Hyperion Planning and Forecasting related enhancements, translate business requirements into functional design, collaborate with IT to ensure functional design is clearly articulated, and review technical design specifications delivered by IT Good knowledge of ERP product implementation and their integration with FP&A Systems Strong understanding and best practices around Budgeting and Forecasting, as well as system flows between FP&A applications and other finance functions Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to translate and synthesize complex information for executive consumption Tableau, Advanced Excel and other web-based Business Intelligence tools is preferred Strong leadership and organization skills and management experience Ability to quickly understand, analyze the data and design solution options. Excellent data modelling skills Experience with Big data / Hadoop. Good understanding of one or more ERP Applications Good understanding of ERP modules like, GL, AP, Billing, Receivable Understand business context, typical presentation of financial metrics Works independently with the business to define requirements Excellent SQL skills Experience with cubing technologies like Essbase, TM1, SSAS, AtScale, etc. Excellent and effective communication skills
