Detailed Job Description:

Creation, integration, maintenance, and Tier3 support of DevOps build tools in High Availability (HA) configurations using Chef and related technologies for deployment in a cloud infrastructure for Digital Aviation (DA). The build tools will be deployed in multiple regions and configured for Disaster Recovery requirements (DR). Team will operate using Scaled Agile Methodology.

Build tools in scope:

Gitlab Server Artifactory Server Jenkins Server Chef Server Chef Supermarket Server SonarCube

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Creation and maintenance of chef cookbooks in line with DA architecture Creation and maintenance of monitoring queries for alerting when service is failing (e.g., OMS, Azure Monitor Service). Creation and maintenance of inspec/rspec tests to validate for desired state configuration (DSC). Creation and maintenance of documentation to enable Tier1/Tier2 teams support of build tools Tier3 support for build tools

Qualifications

Technical bachelor's degree. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
