Role Synopsis:
The role of CRM Tech Lead for BP-ICOS will lead and manage the interaction between technology (IT&S) and the global commercial stakeholder base for a portfolio of applications. This includes CRM, Web Portals, Marketing tools and reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities will include leading super user forums and interacting with local IT&S and commercial teams at all levels, providing both MS Dynamics and trading domain subject matter expertise to design new and innovative solutions. The role will provide insight and leadership, partnering closely with commercial stakeholders to realize project benefits and align the overall technology and business strategy. The role will provide pivotal capability and knowledge in all activities relating to both solution enhancement and operational activity.
A particular focus will be the ICOS CRM solution (MS Dynamics) which aims to improve collaboration across the Front Office Origination teams (sharing of client activity across ICOS, with improved account management, business retention and ultimately driving new business opportunities). The role will play a key role in unlocking commercial value through the latest technology offers including: advanced functionality and analytical capability (e.g. event management, data collaboration, mobility, data lake); deep data integration into BP’s ecosystem (web portals and Oil and Gas Commodity ETRM’s). The Analyst will also need to support the GSP stakeholders in unlocking value from complex products, balancing the focus on control in processes and systems with the growth ambitions and requirements to react quickly (“time to market”)

Domain Knowledge
Good knowledge of Front Office Origination and Marketing processes and sales pipeline management
Good knowledge of oil and gas trading markets, including physical, OTC and Exchange Traded Derivatives instruments
Systems Knowledge
Deep understanding and proven experience of working on systems functionality core to MS Dynamics 365
