Details Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.  Minimum of 6+ years of work experience in designing & developing ETL Solutions Minimum of 6+ years of hands on experience on Informatica PowerCenter (9.6.1 or 10.x), BDM and other Informatica tools Minimum 3 years of experience in Hadoop Big Data Technology Stack Additional knowledge of using scheduler tools like Control-M/TWS and basic knowledge in UNIX would be an added advantage. Minimum 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs. Identify data sources, develop and maintain data architectures, constructs data catalog and data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams and documents the process. Should possess knowledge in Data modeling, design and architectures of Data warehouse concepts. Should have good understanding of logical, physical data models and metadata concepts. Should have good exposure to data modeling concepts - star schema / dimensional.  Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. Ability to be hands on in technology/programming environment as and when need arises, perform design and code reviews, conduct independent testing and handle overall change management processes and implementation activities and post implementation support. Knowledge of performance tuning is desired. Help Project Manager in Estimation and Scheduling the project, Support client interfacing activities and help create the relevant reports in a timely manner. Excellent written & verbal communication  Experience working with offshore/onshore resources Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Domain knowledge of Financial Service

Preferred:

At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle stages At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects At least 2 years of experience in Design and Architecture review At least 2 years of experience in application support and maintenance (including some experience on-call support)  Good Analytical skills High impact communication  Ability to ramp up in new technologies  Ability to work in a team, in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments. Job Responsibility:

Participate in end to end design and development which includes high level design, code development and deployment. Work with Technical Architect or project manager to ensure that solutions are consistent with IT Roadmap. Participate in technical life cycle processes, which include impact analysis, design review, code review, work allocation and tracking for team members. Contribute towards building a highly effective team. Hands on development of application framework code in Informatica Work independently on assigned tasks and deliver high quality results on time Ensuring compliance with development methodology and technical process
