Must Have Skills:

Two or more years of healthcare quality data analytics experience. Must have at least 4 5 years of SAS Development experience which includes working with SQL Overall 6 years of IT experience Experience in working in a data warehouse environment as well as the ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources. Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods (SQL, Base SAS). Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas and results to clearly in written and verbal form. Strong collaboration and communication skills within team and others as appropriate.

Nice to have skills:

Knowledge of health care supplemental data, reporting metrics, systems and standards HEDIS data/reporting is a plus.

Perform research and analysis in a relational database environment, may include writing or assist with queries to identify trends, draw conclusions, make recommendations and validate results. Perform extensive data validation and testing in a complex environment that utilizes multiple databases.
