Coverage - 24 x 7 Platform Support (Hazelcast) Incident Resolution & Service Requests fulfillment for Development, QA, Pre-prod, Production environments Product upgrades and patches on the above mentioned platform DR related activities Monitoring & Outage Management Knowledge Management Certification management User management and administration Good knowledge of Security (SSL encryption and LDAP integrations) Working experience with Azure environment Good understanding on Redhat Linux Key Skills (Application / Platform): Cache services / Hazelcast Roles (Infrastructure/Platform Support): Hazelcast Administrator
