Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*: Java SybaseOracle Application Support, ITIL Nice to have skills (Top 2 only): Scripting Language AppDynamics, Splunk Detailed Job Description: 8 - 10 years of experience with good Java knowledge Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of production support experience with ITIL framework Must have minimum of 3 plus years of experience with DevOps methodologies and tools Experience in production support and able to lead issue triaging, communication and incident management Knowledge in Sybase/Oracle DB Able to debug JAVA code and troubleshoot complex issues Should be able to write complex queries and debug stored procedures Experience in using monitoring tools like App Dynamics, Splunk etc. Strong service management skills Incident Management- Analyze and resolve any issue reported by the client or the user in the system, coordinating with interfacing application and system administrators, if required Add value to the incident management process with technical/product/domain knowledge and customer handling skills Drive improvements related to reporting, health checks Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments Contribute towards Identifying early risk / warnings on any delivery concerns/challenges involving Infosys teams currently at Client bank Own application outages/high severity escalated cases and ensure that they are resolved as per SLAs and quality expectations After Action Review (AAR) addressing the root cause and action, follow ups to avoid outage/high severity issues to happen again Problem Management to fix the root cause of high impact and recurring issues Conduct governance reviews with the business sponsors and other stakeholders to develop, enhance and enforce a plan for continuous service improvement Experience from financial services industry would be a plus Able to communicate clearly and consistently to keep stakeholders well-informed of progress Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and a good team player
