Teradata Application support is primary skill Required Skills 10 to 15yrs experience in IT Production support Operations Support experience on BI technologies Teradata and Ab Initio, OBIEE, SAS, Spotfire knowledge preferred Preferably ITIL Certified engineer adept with support processes and SLAs tracking Adept in stakeholder management and communications Experience in working with cross functional and global teams for Platform Support, Monitoring, Issue Tracking, RCAs and Resolutions
