Responsible for Environment maintenance, Job Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Manage and review data backups. Manage & review Teradata log files. Helping the users in production deployments throughout the process. As an admin followed standard Back up policies to make sure the high availability of cluster. Involve in Analyzing system failures, identifying root causes, and recommend course of actions. Document the systems processes and procedures for future references. Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and best practice solutions Lead and Mentor off shore team Maintain and grow knowledge of BI functionality and technical skills
