Develop processes for optimizing database security. Set and maintain database standards. Manage database access. Database upgradation and migration. Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors Well versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4) Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilities Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale Develop scripts to improve Infrastructure processes
