Detailed Job Description:

We need a 8 years certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist with good handson experience to Agile Methodologies ScrumKanban and on Rally CA Agile Central Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology At least 2 years of hands on experience as Scrum Master with proven expertise to facilitate team ceremonies and remove impediments for the team Ability to coach the team and drive them on the path of continuous improvement Ability to work in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership. Expected to do status reporting for the work to client leadership. Hands on experience in Global Delivery Model coordinating, planning, tracking and reporting the offshore work.

Preferred:

SAFe knowledge and certification Kanban experience Familiarity with ALM tool Rally
