5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar roleCertified scrum master, SAFe preferredWorking knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutionsLeadership and management experienceUsing agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutionsTraining, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practicesDetermining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action itemsTracking project processes, deliverables, and financialsPreparing and presenting status reports to stakeholdersPlanning and organizing demos and product/system testingExcellent people and project management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
