Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules through servant leadership and mentoring. Facilitates Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos and Sprint Retrospectives. Also, participates in Release Planning with Product Portfolio teams. Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project. Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope. Providing clear ownership and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues. Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement. Providing regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers. Conducts team assessments improvise team s velocity/ throughput. Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties Help the team apply the Scrum framework and principles of agility to the benefit of the team and organization. Embody agility using a servant leadership approach and leading by example and make the team self-organized by mentoring as needed. Work with the Product Owner and Development Team to ensure the transparency of team artifacts, including the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and product increment. Remove impediments that are preventing the team from accomplishing their goals.
