Coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables Monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings To facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo meetings Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting
