Establish a cross functional governance structure Lead improvement/standardization efforts Partner with multiple teams to drive and complete process/procedural related deliverables Provide leadership and influence direction to SME teams and other IT professionals supporting the delivery of process/procedural/tooling standardization and improvement Ability to successfully integrate IT processes Orchestrate activities and provide structure and direction to others regarding standard techniques and tools to gather the appropriate set of functional and non-functional requirements in an organized and repeatable way Train, support, mentor and work closely with assigned SMEs in different functional areas to use a standardized process driven methodology that will help improve quality and efficiencies across IT operations Experience in using / developing the following artifacts: Project Charter, SIPOC, RACI, VOC, As-Is and To-Be process flows, FMEA, Lean Value Stream mapping, Gap Analysis, Measurement Systems Analysis, Communications and Training Plans, Control Plans, and Metrics Plans Coordinate with other teams to identify cross-program dependencies and leverage resources appropriately Develop strategies and plans to assess impacts and potential risks of solution alternatives, and to identify solution component sharing and opportunities for re-use Ensure the appropriate assessment and analysis is completed to identify gaps and impacts as they pertain directly to projects and programs Identify defects, eliminate waste, standardize and implement improvements Enhance individual and team performance by creating a climate of consistent and continuous learning (promote new ideas, conduct knowledge sharing)Detailed Job Description:
At least 10+ years of Industry Experience Software Delivery Lifecycle experience ITIL expert with knowledge and hands-on experience Strong written/verbal communication with stakeholders Strong Lean/Agile/Kanban/Six Sigma experience with proven results / successful projects Change management/process change ownership - Initiating conversations to drive adoption and follow up Understanding on how all IT processes are interconnected and integrated with one another Ability to articulate if a change occurs in a process, what are the potential impacts to other tightly integrated processes Understanding of how specific processes should be improved and in what logical order Expertise in data analytics, measurement systems planning, reporting, and dashboarding Prior consulting experience Strong organization change management skills prior experience implementing change in large, complex, matrixed organizations Excellent interpersonal and overall communication skills Ability to communicate at many levels within the organization, from SVP-level to IT Subject Matter Experts Strong ability to facilitate workshops Skilled at collaborating in a complex, matrixed organization to drive excellent results Ability to create clear, concise and compelling presentations to multiple audiences Excellent training and facilitation skills Able to teach other IT professionals how to implement process improvement techniques to improve their operationsDoes this position require Visa independent candidates only?
