Job Responsibilities:

Gather customer requirements and identify WVD use cases. Develop architecture and create design for customer s Windows Virtual Desktop environment in Azure. Perform infra sizing and prepare BoM, calculate Azure consumption costs. Configure Azure landing zone, VNets, subnets. Perform configuration of Windows virtual desktop(WVD), configure scaling, load balancing. Customise Windows 10 and Windows Server images from Azure gallery Provision WVD host pools & on-board users. Migrate users from on premises VDI environments WVD lifecycle management updates, upgrades, patching. Respond to customer RFPs/RFIs and provide WVD/VDI solution, estimation

Requirements/ Technology/ Skills (Must Have):

Experience in implementing or managing any of the following in Azure cloud Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Citrix VDI/VMWare horizon VDI Experience with Azure Infrastructure services (IaaS), landing zone configuration PowerShell scripting Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands Ability to work independently, within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutions Assist with ITSM processes, standard operating procedures and user-guide development in support of technical activities Arrange and engage with various integration forums and internal governance committees Develop smooth working relationships between all parties within the support model to ensure best possible service delivery and user experience Define new architectures and drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts

Good to Have:

Terraform/JSON Scripting On premises VDI experience Citrix XenDesktop, VMWare Horizon Experience in Azure AD/AD, GPOs Azure DEvOPs
