Good communication skills and ability to support complex environments Provide support to project and program leads ensuring environment planning and delivery Configure, support and troubleshoot automation tools Participate in production deployment and planning activities Review Production deployment plan and provide feedback and suggestions as applicable Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments Collaborate with and manage infrastructure and DBA resources
