Detailed Job Description:

Implement Maximo Infrastructure Best Practices and JMS Queues configuration to optimize the user experience. Maximo EAM Experience with Application Designer, Workflows, MIF and Multiple Successful Upgrades. Have created Migration Manager Packages and Deployment process of maximo.ear onto the Cluster Servers. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills that help in communicating effectively with people at all levels of an organization Have Developed Userexit classes for use with MIF integrations Experience in Integration with LDAP Authentication for Single Sign-On Capability Proficient working with Automation scripting in Python and Java MBO customizations. Experience in working with IBM Architects to configure and scale the Websphere Application Server with Clusters and optimized the crontasks with separate CQIN queues and separate process servers for load balancing and improved performance. Deployment experience in Fix Pack, Hot Fix and point releases on a pre-defined Agile Iteration schedule to release new and fix functional issues. Experience in creating Security Groups and managed role based Start Centers for various users based on their profile. Have experience in installation of different Maximo Components, Installed and defined various JVM nodes and parameters for BIRT reporting, UI Create Cron Task cluster nodes, Integration specific JVMs and managed the F5 loadbalancer and donotrun crontask properties. Working experience in creating crontasks on the Websphere Application Server to load balance the integrations on the Maximo servers and to minimize the failure and reprocessing overhead.
