Must Have Skills:
Experience in tracking and analyzing traffic in Akamai, Mulesoft Should be able to perform Experimental design & analysis, Regression analysis using Quantitative methods. Experience providing data information to business leaders as needed and proactively highlight any impediments and risks Hands on experience in using observability tools like EFK/ELK/Splunk, AnyPoint, Quantum Metric (QM), AppDynamics, CatchPoint Experience and knowledge in analyzing performance issues in application, database, network, system Experience analyzing performance issue in http, IP, TCP, json, xml, salesforce, Cassandra, java, javascript Experience in front end optimization of website and mobile apps Hands on knowledge of tools e.g. Service now & JIRA, Root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems within complex, distributed, integrated, enterprise environments Identifying major trends in end user and system behavior. Compilation of reports based on analysis, keeping in mind the end users experience. Analyzing which data is important to the task at hand and which is irrelevant. Translating numbers and facts to inform strategic business decisions. Strong Defect Management skills and defects tracking up to closure. Pattern and trend identification, Data visualization and reporting techniques Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to work in a Global team.
