Coverage - 24 x 7 Platform Support (ELK / Prometheus / AppDynamics ) Incident Resolution & Service Requests fulfillment for Development, QA, Pre-prod, Production environments Product upgrades and patches on the above mentioned platform DR related activities Monitoring & Outage Management Knowledge Management Certification management User management and administration Good knowledge of Security (SSL encryption and LDAP integrations) Working experience with Azure environment Good understanding on Redhat Linux
