Candidate must have worked on Genesys Cx contact project (Mandatory) and have at least 5 years of experience in Genesys development projects IWD experience Knowledge on handling TCPA calls. Experience in Genesys Pure engage Experience in creating campaigns Knowledge on tools used to start stop campaigns
