Detailed Job Description

Act as an extension of the IT&S enterprise applications team, providing hands-on leadership for all technical aspects of the project; contributing to technical requirements and end-solution designs. Voice and call center technology acumen is required Support the Genesys PM as well as report to multiple stake holders. Some project management experience is required Produce reports and sometimes present to NWN project teams, steering committees, and sponsors. Organization, presentation, and clear communication skills are required Perform analysis and information gathering support for the project, often directly with our business stakeholders Experience and understanding of business analysis is required Manage work items and delivery; coordinating all internal and external team activities. This includes both NWN SMEs, product vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Genesys, Avaya), and solution integrators. Proven record of managing multiple work streams is a requirement
