Expert Knowledge in Cisco IVRCVP Knowledge of Interactive Voice Response IVR - VXML. Hands on experience in Java, Spring MVC, JavaScript, SQL, Hibernate, Web Services Restful SOAP, JSON. Proficient with Hammer Selenium automation testing tools. Prior experience VXML development. Speech-enabled, self-service Interactive Voice Response IVR system Sophisticated multi-channel level routing Enhanced real-time and historical reporting Chat and email functionality VXML, Knowledge of Interactive Voice Response IVR Spring MVC, JavaScript, SQL, Hibernate, Web Services Restful SOAP, JSON
